100% Happy Customer Policy
At Goddess Garden, we like our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We believe strongly in our high-quality products, and we are careful to use only the most pristine ingredients. We are SO certain you will love your Goddess Garden goodies that we offer a 30 day return policy - we like to call it our 100% Happy Customer Policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the first 30 days, please contact our office via email customerservice @goddessgarden.com or by calling toll free 1-855-723-3786 to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office. Of course,if you are shipped an incorrect item, or the item you received is damaged, we will ship you the correct item at no additional cost!
We cannot reimburse shipping charges on a return unless the return is a result of our error. We do not accept returns on the following:
• Sale items
• Wholesale orders
• Product samples, travel or trial sizes

Please indicate whether you would like a return or replacement, the reason for the return, and a description of the item you are returning. Make sure to include your name, address, date and location of your purchase, and payment method as well so we may reimburse you or reship you new product. If you purchased from us online, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. If you purchased from one of our retail locations, we are happy to exchange your product or reship you a new one. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
