Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include
your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are enroute to you. Orders may take up to three business day to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
Within the U.S., standard shipping is $8.95 for orders below $50, and free for orders $50 or more after discount.
Please note that order processing may take up to 1 business day after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-8 business days. Expedited orders are processed on the next business day. Weekend and holidays are excluded from processing time. The availability of 2nd day delivery will always be subject to availability of stock, subject to a surcharge and be dependent on where the delivery location is.
Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
We’re sorry to hear that our products didn’t work out for you. In order to receive a refund, products must have some type of defect and must have been purchased through our online store within the last 30 days. To move forward with a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, a description and/or photo of the defect, the item(s) you would like to return, and the Lot Number located on the item(s).
Once approved, a refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Please keep in mind: We do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.
